Formula 1: All + (of) + [the / my / these] + Noun
Formula 2: All + of + [us / you / them / it]
Core Meaning: Refers to the total quantity or entire set of a specific group. Note that of is optional before determiners, but mandatory before object pronouns (all of us, not all us).
